MDA carries out a well-structured and well-established consultancy and legal assistance service for private companies, public bodies and publicly-owned companies in the fields of labour law and trade union law, as well as consultancy and support on the social security side, with regard to social security contributions, insurance premia and the corresponding relationships with the competent authorities, as well as in the administrative procedures of litigation and opposition to tax bills.
In addition to drafting contracts for each specific category of employee (executives, middle managers, employees and workers), in different sectors and with different tasks, for the regulation of agency relations and labour contractual relations and reporting, MDA’s professional activity includes the management of employment relationships in regard to remuneration policies, transfers and changes in job profiles, management of privacy, IT and electronic mail tools, application of disciplinary sanctions, individual and collective redundancies/dismissals, CIGS(extraordinary wage guarantee fund) and salary integration/wage subsidies.
MDA provides consultancy in the interpretation and application of national, territorial and corporate collective contracts, in the negotiation of collective business contracts, trade union relations, consultation and information procedures, supporting its clients in the development of appropriate business strategies.
MDA also carries out audits of labour law profiles (including tax treatment and pay-per-view) in regard to reorganization and business transfer processes, as well as M&A (due diligence in collaboration with other areas of the Firm).
MDA also supports companies with legal issues related to the issuance of gender equality certification pursuant to Uni PdR 125/2022.
