He has been a member of the Padua Bar Association since 2007.
He mainly provides out-of-court advice to businesses on contracts – both national and international – corporate law and extraordinary transactions, industrial property and new technology law, as well as business compliance, with special focus on privacy issues. In November 2022, he obtained the DPO UNI 11697:2017 certification.
