Domenico Giuri

Former Official at Confindustria Venice, a member of the Venice Bar Association since 1993 and qualified for pleading before the Supreme Magistrates Court since 2011.

He deals with business criminal law and administrative law, havin' many years of experience in the field of environment and health and safety at work. He assists businesses, directors and private and public executives in criminal and administrative court proceedings. He also acts as a consultant to companies and government agencies on matters of administrative responsibility and organisational models pursuant to D.Lgs. 231/2001, of due diligence on the environment and health and safety at work regulations, in the context of acquisitions and local tax operations.

A member of the supervisory bodies, from 2010 to 2013 he acted as a research professor at the Department of Criminal Law in the Faculty of Economics at Ca’ Foscari University, Venice.
He has written a number of publications, focusing on issues of environmental law and health and safety at work, and he organises conventions and training activities in his areas of expertise.
