Andrea Codemo is a tax lawyer, and he has been a member of the Treviso Bar Association since 2003. He graduated in Law from the University of Padua and has been enrolled in the all’Albo Speciale Cassazionisti e Giurisdizioni Superiori (Special Register of Tax Lawyers and Superior Jurisdictions) since 2015.

He is Senior Partner at MDA Studio Legale e Tributario and head of the Tax department.
He deals with domestic, European, and international tax law, tax criminal law, as well as social security law, tax governance, tax risk management, tax litigation. He has broad and well-established experience in the management of both inspection and pre-litigation phases, as well as litigation in tax, tax criminal and social security fields. He provides consultancy and support before the Guardia di Finanza (the Italian economic-financial police) and before financial offices in the many pre-investigative, assessment, out-of-court and in-court phases. He also carries out preliminary consultancy, tax risk assessment, tax risk management and control, tax planning for individuals and he also offers companies, tax due diligence, as well as tax, tax, and customs related opinions.
Other works
He is a judge at the Federal Court of Appeal of the Italian Rowing Federation and a member of the Veneto Chamber of Tax Lawyers since its foundation.
