Education
Alessio Vianello is a lawyer specialising in corporate and commercial law, and he has been a member of the Venice Bar Association since 1994. He graduated in Law from the University of Padua, and he has been enrolled in the Albo Speciale Cassazionisti e Giurisdizioni Superiori (Special Register of Lawyers and Superior Jurisdictions) since 2010.

In 1997, he founded MDA Studio Legale e Tributario, and is head of the “M&A and Corporate” department. He holds the role of Managing Partner.
He advises Italian and foreign companies in extraordinary corporate transactions, as well as in acquisitions and disposals of shareholdings and companies, both domestic and international. He is an expert in foreign trade and corporate law, and he has provided legal assistance for major joint-ventures, project financing investments in Italy and abroad, he has assisted Italian companies before the Court of Justice of the European Union, and he has gained extensive experience in corporate and commercial contract litigation.
