MDA – Studio Legale will start a new cooperation with Translink Corporate Finance (http://www.translinkcf.it/), leading international firm in Corporate Finance advisory services with over 600 experts and 30 countries around the world. This partnership is combining the legal services of MDA within domestic and international M&A operations with the corporate finance advisory services offered by a leader of the sector such as Translink. The cooperation will start next September with the opening at the VEGA building (at the Venetian headquarters of MDA – Studio Legale) of a second “North-East” office of Translink Strempel & Co. Srl, Italian subsidiary of Translink.
In this perspective, Translink will take part in the “Atelier delle idee” conference and contribute to reflect on the strategic importance of the M&A services in the future for the growth and internationalization of SMEs. The conference will take place at the headquarters of Confindustria Venezia at the VEGA Building on 5th July at 4.30 pm.
