The seminar held on 5th December addressed the main of aspects of substantive and procedural law especially in the light of changes introduced by the recent Codice Antimafia (Antimafia code) and by law n. 277/2017 relating to the list of predicate offences and by the law for the protection of whistle-blowers which will be published soon and which will introduce specific contents relating to the organizational and management model.
