MDA assists private companies, public and semi-public bodies before national and international jurisdictions (T.A.R, the State Council, the Court of Auditors, the European Union Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights) and before Independent authorities (National Anti-Corruption Authority, Anti-Trust and Free Market Authority, Electricity, Gas and Water Services operators). MDA provides advice relating to administrative procedures, with particular reference to public procurement and concessions, expropriations, state property, access to administrative acts, public funding and project financing.

MDA’s professional activity – in judicial and consultancy matters - also extends to the framework of local and public authorities, port regulations, tourism and trade, the protection of cultural and landscape assets; and includes assistance in calls for tender, in concluding and carrying out public contracts and program agreements, as well as consultancy on the prior checking of compliance with administrative concessions granted to clients. Working in conjunction with other areas of the firm, MDA guarantees a unified view of the various administrative, civil, environmental and financial law profiles involved.
