Orrick and MDA support Veneto multi-utility in issuing a €100 million Eurobond, listed in Ireland. Gianni Origoni advises BNP Paribas.
Milano. Orrick together with MDA – Associated Business Lawyers assisted a Veneto’s multi-utility as an issuer in the delivery of an Eurobond having a total face value of 100 million Euros at 4.25% quoted on the Dublin Stock Exchange while Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners provided its advice to BNP Paribas who acted as lead manager.
This is the most important eurobond issue ever to date among the multi-utilities of the North East which rewards the innovative choice of listing it in Ireland.
