On September 25, a Seminar on Environmental Crimes

The Law May 22, 2015, n. 68 introduced the VI-bis Title on Crimes against the Environment in the Criminal Code. The first comments on the Law have highlighted a number of legal issues, both for some content of the new cases and for their uncertain relations with the other environmental offenses governed by the Criminal Code and Legislative Decree no. 152 / 2006.

In order to clarify the regulations, MDA-Studio Legale and eAmbiente Srl organized a seminar titled "New Crimes Against Environment and compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001” on Friday, September 25th (from 2 pm) at the Scientific and Technological Park Vega di Marghera ( Sala Oro -Gold Hall at Confindustria Venezia)

The meeting, addressed mainly to lawyers, law professionals and business consultants, entrepreneurs and executives, aims to illustrate the legal and administrative implications of the new standards, also considering their impact on the Organizational Models referred to in D. Legislative Decree 231/2001 and, generally, the risk assessment.
To this end, the risk forecasting matrix and the prevention and control procedures that will be used to pursue compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001 will be presented, whose knowledge is also essential for those who professionally assist bodies and companies.
