The Association for Banking Studies has organized a conference on Usury and Anatocism: operational tools in bank litigation. Monday, October 17, 2016 (9.00 - 18.30) at Hotel Majestic in Turin (c.so Vittorio Emanuele II, 54)
Among the speakers, the lawyer Gianni Solinas, partner of MDA Studio Legale, will report on "Procedural aspects in bank disputes".
