Meeting in Rome on anatocism and usury

AssoCTU, the national association that brings together technical advisers in banking and financial matters, has organized two days of study devoted to issues of anatocism and banking usury in its civil and criminal aspects.

The conferences, promoted in collaboration with Guglielmo Marconi University in Rome, are scheduled respectively on Thursday, May 12 - "Banking Anatocism: the troubled evolution of legislation" - and Friday, May 13 - "Banking Usury: criticality in civil and criminal matters” at the Vittoria Colonna Hall of the Guglielmo Marconi University (via Vittoria Colonna 11 - Piazza Cavour).

The aim of the conference is to make the point on the situation, examining the issues and the criticalities arising from the latest regulatory reforms, and to propose any possible solutions.
The workshops will be attended by magistrates, scholars, experts, lawyers, representatives of banking institutions and consumer associations.
